From the very beginnings of this community, co-founder and President of the AHCA, Grace Reynolds, was determined to form a community that would provide a never-seen-before culture in this industry. Grace knew that forming a more equal and supportive culture within the community was of utmost importance to the mission of creating and spreading awareness and respect for this industry, helping nurture a healthier attitude toward this vital trade. Although this seemed like an impossible task considering the current widespread culture of "cut-throat-competition", the leadership of this community has and continues to effectively maintain this unique and revolutionary culture, shedding the negative behaviors, attitudes and culture that only contributes to the stigmas of our trade, those that have held us all back in this industry as whole.
Despite the fears and pushback for the this community's unique approach still receives, the Handmaid Cleaning Community is now the industry's most informative and supportive community in world, bringing people together as family and growing together for the good of all who serve in this way, all while effectively increasing respect for the trade itself in the hearts and minds of all those here in this community.

We are cleaning & maid service owners. We are family. This is our home for a lifelong journey in the industry. Here in our community, we build each other up, daily. We help each other become better cleaners, & better business owners. We talk about strategies, we share tips & tricks, we help each other bid jobs. We share before & afters, wins & struggles.
